took place on the 8th, 9th, & 10th June 2006 in St Patrick's College, Drumcondra, Dublin 9.
This conference looked at exploring provision, practice and curriculum in special and mainstream schools.

IATSE’s International Conference 2005

Building Blocks for Effective Sepcial Educational Needs

took place on the 9th, 10th and 11th of June, 2005, in St. Patrick’s College, Drumcondra, Dublin.
The conference was very successful and IATSE would like to thank all who were involved.

IATSE’s International Conference 2004

Teaching in a Time of Change

took place on the 17th, 18th and 19th of June, 2004, in St. Patrick’s College, Drumcondra, Dublin, and was attended by 375 delegates.
The conference was officially opened by Mary Davis, the National Director of Special Olympics Ireland and the Keynote Address given by the Archbishop of Dublin, Dr. Diarmuid Martin. The plenary session’s closing paper “The Special School in an Era of Inclusion. Has it a Role?”, was given by Pat O’Keeffe of St. Francis School, Portlaois.

The conference was officially opened by Páid McGee, the Director of Special Education, St. Patrick's College and the Keynote Address given by Minister for Health & Children (and former Minister for Education & Science) Micheál Martin.
